- New Homes- on your lot or ours. If you have a home you wish to demolish and then start anew- we do that too. Grreen homes starting @ $118/sq. ft.
- Additions- if you want to add on that new master suite, great room, or garage we're here to help. From design to turn-key we will complete the project with you in mind.
- Renovations- would you rather go up? How about up and out? Want to flip the kitchen with the living room? How about revamping the whole layout? We'll do it!
Remodel- if your just looking to upgrade your kitchen or bath we can do that too. Same attention to detail. Same on time on budget experience that we offer to everyone.

Custom Home Building
The Moretti Home was completed in Oct. 2007. Some of the features included in their home were coffered ceilings, custom trim work, arched openings, sun tunnels, Carolina room, brick entrance patio, fiberglas columns both in and out, matching shed, hardwood flooring, tiled entrance, baths, and kitchen, jacuzzi in master bath, and a 200 ft. drive!Custom Trim Work
Coffered Ceilings
Above is a coffered ceiling we constructed in a 20'x30' dining area at the community center building in a subdivision in Carolina Forest, SC. Each 4'x4' coffered box consisted of a 7 pc. trim system butting against a beadboarded ceiling. Each square was made from 56 pc. of lumber!Renovation Work
Above is a train station in Snow Corner, South Carolina built in 1886. The owner moved the building from its original site to his property where we renovated it to it original style while incorporating today's building standards. Inside were the original segregated waiting rooms. Today it houses his Satellite TV service company.Steel Buildings

Remodel Work
In Columbia, SC we remodeled this Columbia Housing Authority housing complex. Through HUD the Columbia Housing Authority maintained over 1200 units throughout the state capital.
